Founded by Claramma Kocheeppan Mappila, a respected entrepreneur from Thiruvalla, Clara's is rooted in over 27 years of business experience and a deep connection with the community.

After successfully running her boutique Love Dale for nearly three decades, Clara has always believed in creating something meaningful — not just for herself, but for the people around her. Alongside her entrepreneurial journey, she has also been actively involved in palliative care, dedicating her time to support and uplift others.

A proud widow, Clara transformed life's challenges into a journey of independence, guided by courage and determination. Her mission is simple: deliver healthy, traditional flavours, empower homemakers with job opportunities, and promote natural, chemical-free food.
